- Brief Event Description :
FortRest Halloween Festival is a Halloween event held at Galileo Observatory hill. This event is designed to foster and showcase the creativity of the Los Santos community.
Rundown Details (Schedule including Time and Activities) :
The event will follow this schedule:
6:00 PM: Gates open. While the main event begins later, all personnel are requested to be on-site atleast by 6:30 PM.
7:00 PM: Event opening. We'll have a brief welcome and introductory session until 7:30 PM.
7:30 PM: Cosplay registration begins. Participation is free and open to all; simply provide your name to register. During registration, we'll have a minigame for everyone to enjoy.
8:00 PM: Cosplay event starts. Judges will be observing and noting down the names of cosplayers with the best costumes. This serves as an initial screening process. Another minigame will be held during the cosplay event.
9:00 PM: Cosplay winners are announced, followed by the closing of the event.
Notes:
Minigame winners will be announced and receive their prizes immediately after each minigame to save time.
Minigames will be flexible. Clues will be provided, and participants can proceed at their own pace. We will simply await the results, allowing for a less structured and more manageable approach.
