Event Medical Cover Information Center
A. Introduction
Event Medical Cover (EMC) is an Los Santos Fire Department facility to support Los Santos citizens that want to create an event and need medical assistance. There is some benefit to using EMC, for example, EMC can make your event safer, because if something happens, our emergency unit will handle it and reduce the bad impact of the incident.
B. Registration Procedure
- Please read our terms and conditions.
- Please fill out our request form and submit it by creating a new topic in here
- Please submit your request form at least a week before the event starts.
- If your request form got a [REVIEWING] mark, that means we already received your request and did some review about your event.
- If your request form got a [PAYMENT] mark, please call 9-1-1 to complete your payment. Please pay the full payment at least 3 days before the event started (we can cancel your request if there is no payment during that time).
- If your request form got a [PENDING] mark, please edit and recheck your request form.
- If your request form got a [DENIED] mark, that means we reject your request form. Please check our reply, and you can create a new form or change your event based on our reason.
- If your request form got an [ACCEPTED] mark, that means you already completed your payment and your event has already been accepted.
- If your request form has been accepted, please call 9-1-1 to meet our staff for a short briefing about your event.
C. Terms and Conditions
- Los Santos Fire Department has a right to reject your request form if your event is too risky and dangerous.
- Please make sure you have Los Santos Police Department / Los Santos Sheriff Department permission, Los Santos Fire Department has a right to reject your request if you don't have that permission.
- You can't cancel your event medical cover when you have completed your payment.
- Los Santos Fire Department will not be charged if there is an incident that makes someone disabled or even die.
D. Price List
- Vehicle
- Rescue Ambulance [$1.500 per unit per hour] A rescue ambulance can cover two patients and transport them to the nearest hospital. Rescue ambulances have some facilities, such as oxygen tubes, basic life support kits, intermediete life support kits, and other medical support tools. A rescue ambulance needs at least 1 Los Santos Fire Department member.
- Fire Truck [$1.500 per unit per hour] A fire truck can be used as water support because fire trucks are equipped with pumps and hoses to supply water for extinguishing fires, and also can be used as leader access because a fire truck has extendable ladders to reach high places, allowing firefighters to rescue individuals or access rooftops. A fire truck needs at least 1 Los Santos Fire Department member.
- Lifeboat [$2.500 per unit per hour] A lifeboat would be useful for a near water event. A lifeboat can rescue participants who are drowning. A lifeboat needs at least 1 Los Santos Fire Department member.
- Lifeflight [$3.500 per unit per hour] A lifeflight would be useful for an event with a far location. Lifeflight is the fastest vehicle to bring patients from far locations into Pill Box Hospital. A lifeflight needs at least 2 Los Santos Fire Department members, and the event organizer must place a helipad near their event location.
- Medical Staff
Medical staff fee was $2.000 per member per hour. - Penalty
The penalty fee is 50% of the total payment per hour for every 15 minutes.
