On 24 May 2026, the following incident(s) occurred:

You were involved in a confrontation with civilians following an unintentional incident. During the situation, you were deemed to have failed to maintain the professionalism expected from LSFD public service personnel, which contributed to the escalation and prolongation of the conflict between yourself and the involved civilians.

Your actions are in direct violation of the following LSFD Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

1. Code of Conduct: Professionalism - Always act maturely regardless of the situation. This includes when communicating with personnel from other departments or civilians through any form of media. You do not have the right to belittle anyone, even when being provoked. Professionalism must be maintained at all times.

Please be advised that this is a serious matter. Failure to show immediate and sustained improvement, or any further violations of department policy, may result in more severe disciplinary action, including infraction points, suspension, rank demotion, or permanent termination (Banned/Blacklist) from Los Santos Fire Department.
