  During my time at LSFD, I tried to become a better person for LSFD itself. Especially when I became part of the SFO, I tried to build a good relationship between NC and myself, by adjusting the time needed for their training, and also teaching them to be better individuals, and responsible for their profession as medical personnel. And me too. I always tried to back up some shortcomings such as duty hours, when others couldn't be on duty during night hours, I could do that to back them up.
