  C4. What was the reason for leaving the department?: Saat itu sedang hectic karena mengurus yudisium dan sempat ada pekerjaan yang memakan waktu sehingga saya memutuskan untuk mengurangi bermain game, bisa dibilang keputusan saya untuk resign saat itu cukup implusif.
  C5. What motivates you to seek reinstatement?: Karena sudah selesai mengurus yudisium dan sudah tidak bekerja di OOC maka saya memiliki cukup banyak waktu senggang, saya juga acap kali merasa rindu dengan roleplay dengan LSFD lagi seperti dulu lagi sehingga saya memutuskan untuk reinstate.

  During my time at LSFD, I frequently participated in direct field care, and frequently performed both emergency and non-emergency procedures during my time at the hospital. Within my division, I frequently served as a BLS training instructor for other departments and an LSFD academy instructor, including creating the rundowns. I always tried to adhere to all LSFD regulations, so during my time at LSFD, I never received any infraction points. For non-divisional and non-medical matters, I participated in planning events organized by LSFD.
