On March 10, 2026 at approximately 11:38 PM, the following incident(s) occurred:

((Doctor Heseinberg izin untuk memasak makanan di Teamspeak saat sedang berjaga dengan Doctor Lovanka. Setelah berselang beberapa waktu, Doctor Heseinberg tidak kunjung kembali hingga muncul status AFK yang menandakan sudah beselang 30 menit berlalu.))

Your actions are in direct violation of the following LSFD Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

1. Part. 23 Seluruh anggota Los Santos Fire Department tidak diperbolehkan untuk melakukan Alt-Tabbing/Away From Keyboard pada saat on duty yang melebihi 5 menit kecuali dengan alasan yang jelas.

Please be advised that this is a serious matter. Failure to show immediate and sustained improvement, or any further violations of department policy, may result in more severe disciplinary action, including infraction points, suspension, rank demotion, or permanent termination (Banned/Blacklist) from Los Santos Fire Department.
